I cannot speak more highly of Inspired Elements. Having worked in interior design, it is unheard of to have a bespoke... wardrobe made and fitted in under a week. I have usually worked to lead times of weeks if not months. The finished product was stunning, and customer service also great. The chap sent to measure was knowledgeable and polite. Just got a walk in wardrobe designed and fitted by Inspired Elements. Sanjay was amazing from start to finish of the... design stage and even after the order was placed, he checked with us every change we made. He was very patient with us during the design process, tried his best to accommodate our requests, unlike some of the other wardrobe fitters in north London who are very rigid with the interior options. His team of fitters which was lead by Adrian were amazing, did a great job. They were very professional, cleaned up after they were done. Sanjay gave us a quote same day and I visited... their showroom in Acton the following day where I could see the excellent quality of their wardrobes. Sanjay is ABSOLUTELY brilliant and made the whole process really easy. From the initial visit to having the wardrobes installed, took less than 2 weeks. Very impressive! After looking around and having a bad experience I was looking to find a professional wardrobe installer at a... reasonable price. I was recommended these guys and at the beginning I was in talks with Sanjay who was down to earth and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately as he went on holiday my project was passed over to a couple of other guys in the team. I was really disappointed with their lack of attention to detail to the point that I was prepared to walk away and find someone else to use. When Sanjay heard about my dissatisfaction he called me up on a Sunday to help rectify the issues even took the liberty and ownership of coming to my property personally and taking control including the design and layout of my bedroom wardrobes. I was then delayed due to the whole COVID -19 pandemic. Sanjay was really considerate and kept in touch thought the couple of months we had been waiting. Now that everything has been completed to a very high standard I honestly now value Sanjay’s work ethic and commitment. Honestly if you are looking for someone you can trust and rely on then you won’t find a better person. I even had a small issue after to rectify and a installer arrived the next day. After doing some significant research regarding fitted wardrobes i choose Inspired Elements and made a great choice. ... Their designer Arjun provided excellent professional design advice whilst visiting their showroom in Park Royal to the actual house visit for consultation. They were they only company that used laser measuring and CAD designs for accurate representation of the finished wardrobe design. I tweaked the design a few times all of which were easily incorporated. The fitting took 1 day and their fitters were on time, made minimal noise and fitted the wardrobe to a professional standard. I also recommended them to a colleague at work who also used Inspired Elements based on the work completed at my home and was also impressed. Overall fantastic wardrobes, great price and highly recommended and i will be certainly using them again.read more
