A properly designed island is part of the kitchen's architecture — its dimensions, proportions and configuration determined by the space around it, the workflow of the room, and how the people who use it actually cook.

We design and manufacture bespoke kitchen islands as part of every kitchen where the space allows. Waterfall worktops, integrated seating, built-in appliances, wine storage, concealed charging, pendant lighting positions — all considered at the design stage, not added afterwards.

LED lighting

Under-cabinet task lighting, internal cabinet lighting and plinth lighting — all integrated at the design stage. Warm or cool white specified to the kitchen's finish and the room's lighting scheme.

Cutlery trays & pull-outs

Bespoke cutlery trays manufactured to the exact dimensions of the drawer. Tall pull-out larder units with swivel basket systems — every shelf accessible without reaching.

Le Mans corner systems

The most underused space in most kitchens, resolved. A Le Mans corner system brings the full depth of a corner cabinet to the front — no reaching, no dead space, no items lost at the back.

Internal storage

Pull-out larder shelves, integrated recycling and waste systems, internal drawer stacks — all designed around your storage requirements before manufacture begins.

Appliance integration

Appliances from Bosch, Miele, Siemens and Neff — specified to your brief, positioned for how you cook, fitted flush with the cabinetry. No appliance is an afterthought.

Aventos lift systems

Where a hinged door would obstruct the worktop below, Blum Aventos systems open upward instead. A detail most people do not notice — until they use a kitchen that has it.

Boiling water taps

Integrated boiling water taps specified as part of the kitchen design. Instant boiling, chilled and filtered water from a single tap. The kettle disappears. The worktop clears.

Pocket doors

Where wall unit doors would obstruct the space when open, pocket doors slide fully into the cabinet. The unit opens completely. The door disappears.

Bar units

Wine fridges, open glass shelving, bottle storage and a dedicated worktop surface — all built into the cabinetry run from the first drawing, not added afterwards.

Utility & laundry joinery

For homes where the kitchen extends into a utility or laundry room, we design and manufacture the joinery as a single, continuous specification. One room flows into the next because both were designed at the same time.

Design consultation

Every project begins at our London showroom or by phone. We want to understand the space, how you use it, and what you want the finished kitchen to feel like.

Design & specification

Our designers develop the full specification — layouts, elevations, door profiles, finishes, worktops, appliances and hardware. Nothing is finalised until you are satisfied it is right.

Manufacturing

Built in our London manufacturing facility using precision CNC machinery. Typical lead time 3–4 weeks. You have a dedicated contact throughout.

Installation & aftercare

Our installation team fits your kitchen and carries out a full quality check before signing off. 10-year warranty as standard. Anything that needs attention afterwards — we attend to it.

What is a bespoke fitted kitchen?

A bespoke fitted kitchen is one where every component is designed and manufactured specifically for your space — to the exact dimensions of the room, in the finish you specify, with the internal configuration that works for how you cook. Nothing is selected from a standard range or adapted from a modular unit.

How much does a bespoke kitchen cost in London?

Every kitchen is different, so there is no standard price list. Cost depends on the size of the space, the finish, the worktop material and the appliance specification. Following your consultation, we provide a fixed quotation tailored to your project.

How long does a bespoke kitchen take?

Most projects complete within 8–12 weeks. Design and approval takes 1–2 weeks, manufacturing 3–4 weeks, and installation 3–7 days.

How does Inspired Elements compare to a German kitchen brand?

We use the same precision manufacturing and premium hardware throughout. The difference is design freedom. German brands configure standard components around your space. We design and build every cabinet around your room, in any finish, with no sizing constraints. You're not choosing from a range — you're designing from scratch.

Can you work with my architect or interior designer?

Yes. We regularly work alongside architects and interior designers — producing shop drawings for approval before manufacture and taking direction from the design lead throughout. Your design intent is followed exactly.

Can you work in awkward or unusual spaces?

This is one of our specialities. Because everything is made to measure, we resolve structural columns, sloped ceilings, chimney breasts and uneven walls that standard modular kitchens cannot accommodate. Unusual spaces often produce the best results.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes. Our showroom is at our Stanmore facility in North London, where you can see finished kitchen examples, material samples and our manufacturing operation. Book ahead to speak with one of our designers.

What warranty do you offer?

Every Inspired Elements kitchen carries a 10-year warranty as standard — on the cabinetry and installation. Appliance and hardware warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers.
