Precision manufacturing

All furniture manufactured in-house using German CNC machinery.

Millimetre-perfect accuracy

Clean edge detailing

Structural consistency

Repeatable precision across entire installations

We do not build to a price point. We build to a standard.

Cabinet construction

Built for structural
integrity and longevity.

Standard specification includes:

Rigid, factory-assembled cabinets

High-density engineered board construction

Durable melamine interiors for long-term wear resistance

Precision-machined components for seamless alignment

Full-height backs for added stability

We do not supply a flat-pack system for kitchens. Every cabinet is assembled, checked and quality-controlled before leaving our London manufacturing facility.

Hardware & mechanisms

Performance over time depends on what sits behind the door.

We use Blum hinge and drawer runner systems throughout — the industry benchmark for precision, longevity and smooth operation. Blum hardware is selected for:

Smooth operation

Load-bearing strength

Long lifecycle performance

Precision adjustment

Blum soft-close hinges and drawer runners are standard across all IE projects — not optional extras. For architects and designers specifying to a schedule, Blum hardware references are available on request.

Finishes & materials

True bespoke means
material freedom.

Our specification supports a wide range of finishes including:

Matt, satin and high-gloss finishes

Painted finishes

Glass and mirrored elements

Integrated metal detailing

All finishes are documented and quality-controlled before installation. For trade clients, finish schedules align with architectural specification packages.

Internal configuration

Storage is engineered
— not assumed.

Kitchens

Cabinetry configured around appliance integration, functional zoning and ergonomic workflow.

Wardrobes & dressing rooms

Hanging lengths tailored to garment types, drawer configurations based on usage, integrated lighting provisions and accessory-specific compartments.

No generic internal templates. Every configuration is planned intentionally.

Tolerance & site review

Specification is only as good as installation accuracy.

Before manufacturing begins, we conduct:

Detailed site measurements

Tolerance assessment

Interface checks with walls, ceilings and flooring

Technical drawing approvals

This prevents site adjustments and protects design integrity.

Quality control process

Four structured
internal checks.

1

Production review before machining

2

Assembly inspection

3

Finish quality check

4

Pre-delivery sign-off

Consistency across every installation — whether a single residence or a multi-unit development.

Installation standard

Our teams work exclusively with our manufactured furniture.

Accurate alignment

Clean detailing

Minimal site disruption

Structured snag sign-off

We do not outsource installation to third-party contractors unfamiliar with the product.

Warranty & aftercare

Supported by a 10-year warranty.

Because we manufacture in-house, we retain full accountability — from first design meeting through long-term aftercare.

Luxury is not only about surface finish. It is about what supports it.

The difference is structural.

From cabinet structure to hinge systems, our specification ensures your
furniture performs as beautifully as it looks.

Specification questions

Questions architects and designers ask about our specification.

Can you provide a technical specification document for a project?

Yes. We can provide a full technical specification covering carcass construction, board specification, hardware references (including Blum model numbers), finish options and installation tolerances. Contact our trade team or register as a trade partner to request a specification pack.

What hardware do you specify as standard?

We use Blum hinge and drawer runner systems throughout as standard. Blum is the industry benchmark for precision and longevity — the same specification used by the leading European fitted furniture manufacturers. Full Blum product references are available on request for inclusion in specification schedules.

What carcass materials do you use?

Standard carcass specification uses high-density engineered board construction with durable melamine interiors for long-term wear resistance. For premium projects we can specify upgraded board grades. All boards are selected for structural performance, not cost minimisation.

What tolerances do you work to?

We manufacture to millimetre accuracy using German CNC machinery. Site measure is carried out before production begins and interface details — walls, ceilings, floors, service positions — are confirmed and documented. We provide tolerance information as part of the shop drawing package.

Can you work from NBS specifications or architect's drawings?

Yes. We receive architectural drawings and BIM data directly and produce coordinated shop drawings for approval before production. Where an NBS or bespoke specification has been prepared, we can review and confirm compliance or flag any adjustments required.

What warranty is provided and what does it cover?

All fitted furniture carries a 10-year warranty covering cabinetry and installation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware failure and installation-related issues. For trade and development projects, warranty documentation is provided at handover as part of the project close-out package.
