01 · Initial consultation

Every project begins with understanding.

For private residences or multi-unit developments, we begin by discussing:

The space and architectural context

Functional requirements

Lifestyle considerations

Budget parameters

Desired aesthetic direction

For trade professionals, we review drawings, specifications or BIM data at this stage. The objective is clarity — before creativity.

02 · Design development

Concepts that balance aesthetics with build feasibility.

Once the brief is established, our design team develops:

Detailed layout concepts

3D visualisations

Material and finish selections

Functional zoning

Appliance and integration planning (where applicable)

For architects and interior designers, we manufacture to your intent — refining technical details without altering design language.

03 · Technical review & site measure

Before production begins, precision becomes the priority.

We conduct:

Detailed site measurement

Tolerance checks

Interface coordination (floors, ceilings, walls, services)

Structural considerations

Technical drawing preparation

Approval-ready production drawings are issued for confirmation. This stage eliminates site risk and protects programme timelines.

04 · In-house manufacturing

Manufactured in our London manufacturing facility.

Using advanced German CNC machinery. This ensures:

Millimetre accuracy

Clean edge detailing

Structural consistency

Repeatable quality across every component

Each cabinet is assembled, inspected and quality-controlled before leaving our facility. We do not rely on third-party production.

05 · Pre-installation preparation

Coordinated before delivery.

Phased delivery scheduling

Site readiness checks

Access planning

Installation sequencing

For trade projects, delivery aligns with your build programme — not the other way around.

06 · Installation

Our installation teams work exclusively with our furniture.

This ensures:

Precise alignment

Clean finishing

Respectful site conduct

Structured snag sign-off

Because we control both manufacturing and installation, adjustments — if required — are handled quickly and professionally.

07 · Completion & aftercare

Final checks. Long-term support.

Upon completion:

Final quality checks are carried out

Snagging items are resolved promptly

Care guidance is provided

Our 10-year warranty reflects confidence in both our materials and our process. And because we manufacture locally, long-term support is always accessible.

Why our process matters

Many providers separate design, manufacturing and installation. We do not.

An integrated process means:

Clear communication

Technical accountability

Fewer delays

Greater precision

Consistent quality

From first consultation to final sign-off, your project remains within one controlled system.

Designed. Manufactured. Installed.

From concept to completion.
Under one roof.

A considered process is what transforms an idea into integrated, architectural furniture
— bespoke fitted interiors designed to belong.

Process questions

What clients ask before starting.

How long does the whole process take from consultation to installation?

It depends on the scope of the project. For a single kitchen or wardrobe, a typical timeline runs: 1–2 weeks for design development and approval, followed by 3–4 weeks in manufacturing, then installation. For larger whole-home projects, allow more time at the design stage. We agree a programme with you at the outset so you know exactly what to expect.

Do I need to have drawings or measurements ready before the consultation?

No. The initial consultation is exploratory — we discuss your space, your requirements and your aesthetic direction. We carry out our own detailed site measurement at the appropriate stage. If you do have drawings, floor plans or inspiration images, bring them — they help us understand your vision faster.

Can I change my mind during the design stage?

Yes, within reason. The design development stage is specifically the time to explore options, adjust layouts and refine finishes. Once you have signed off the shop drawings and we have confirmed the manufacturing schedule, changes become more limited. We are clear about this at every handover point so you never feel rushed into a decision you are not ready to make.

What is a shop drawing and why do I need to approve it?

A shop drawing is the technical production document we manufacture from — showing every dimension, material reference, hardware specification and interface detail. Your approval of the shop drawings is the point at which design is locked and production begins. It protects you (what you approved is what gets built) and it protects the programme (no assumptions, no surprises on site).

What happens after installation — is there an aftercare service?

Yes. All furniture carries a 10-year warranty covering cabinetry and installation. After completion we carry out a final quality check and resolve any snagging items before we sign off. If anything needs attention subsequently, our London-based team can respond quickly — another advantage of manufacturing and installing locally.

Do you work with interior designers and architects on their client projects?

Yes — a significant part of our work comes through designers and architects. We manufacture to their drawings and specifications, produce shop drawings for approval before production, and install to programme. For trade professionals we have dedicated pages covering how we work with interior designers and architects specifically.
