The Stewart House Kitchens

Stewart House represents a significant residential transformation in Kenton — a complete refurbishment and vertical extension of a three-storey building, converted into 70 beautifully finished apartments across 1, 2, and 3-bedroom layouts, plus nine townhouses and integrated parking. The completed development opened at the end of 2024.

We were appointed to design and deliver fitted kitchens to every apartment across the entire scheme — ensuring unit-to-unit consistency, on-time phased delivery, and a premium finish that matches the quality of the building itself. Working in close partnership with the main contractor, we coordinated our kitchen delivery to the precise build programme, with kitchens ready for installation as each apartment reached its fit-out stage.
