What the wrong manufacturing partner costs you
The substitute material
A manufacturer who can't source your specified finish will offer an alternative and hope you don't notice. We source to your specification. If something genuinely isn't available, we tell you before manufacture.
The measurement that was slightly off
A unit that's 4mm out doesn't get returned; it gets forced into place and the gap gets filled. We survey precisely and manufacture to those dimensions.
The installation that damaged the finish
A poor installation team undoes weeks of careful manufacturing in an afternoon. Our installation team is trained to the same standard as our manufacturing team.
